Service department is fine, very disappointed with the quality of the automobile. Brakes and tires at under 25,000 mile, gas cover issue, Shocks and brackets at under 60,000 and now another warning light quality of the automobile. I have never put this much money into a car and i have kept many for over 10 years. More

Very, very disappointed with the service. I’ve called four times to schedule my Lincoln for an oil change, etc. My husband and I bought a Lincoln Aviator and leased a Corsairs. Will be contacting the district sales manager to see what can be done. They tout that when you bring your vehicle in for service they’ll clean the inside and outside of your vehicle. We’ve had to ask them to clean our vehicles. Not the top notch service we expected. Wouldn’t recommend them to family or friends. More
