Darren was the man at the Front desk, and shout out to the mechanics who diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away. I bought my vehicle a ( used ford) and was trying to get it serviced for months with the mechanics who diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away. Staff was pleasant. I felt 2 hours for an oil change was just too much for me (upon arrival was told 1 hour wait). Bad customer service. They don't care about the customer at all or fixing your vehicle properly. My vehicle was there 3 times for the same problem and still not fixed and They don't care about the customer at all or fixing your vehicle properly.
