My repair was done quickly (i was coming in for a recall on my car), and my car was still nice and clean inside when I got it back. When I called for service I was greeted by a young lady who scheduled the appt. Then I called back to see how much time the appointment, she knew and advised me. I brought the car in and the gentleman at t who scheduled the appt. Then I called back to see how much time the appointment, she knew and advised me. I brought the car in and the gentleman at the desk advised me of other items that were needed and said the advisor would contact me to discuss after they looked at the car. Jack called me back to give me more information to make choices. When I returned to pick up the car, he had a mechanic to go get the car for me. All was an excellent experience. More
