I am not pleased with the fact that I paid, in cash, for 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 2 shop , as I was told I had dirt on the bead ( paying each time). I stopped x 7 to fill the tire with air.. when I arrived home, the car was brought back to Cortese, where the problem was resolved. I feel my time, money, and frustration should be compensated for with 2 free oil changes and tire rotations. More

Service department is fine, very disappointed with the quality of the automobile. Brakes and tires at under 25,000 mile, gas cover issue, Shocks and brackets at under 60,000 and now another warning light quality of the automobile. I have never put this much money into a car and i have kept many for over 10 years. More
