I purchased my Avalon in the year 2000 and Conicelli has treated me in an excellent fashion In all my transactions at the dealership. I have made Inquiries about purchasing a new automobile; not sure an Avalon or a Camry as yet. Waiting to sell a property I have before I can purchase a new car. I am 81 years of age and have had experience with many dealerships In my day, but none as good as Conicelli for service, courtesy and all out quality. Keep up the good work, please !! All the attributes mentioned are important to me, but at my age, the reliability of the vehicle I drive is very important and the Conicelli maintained auto gives me that assurance. More

We were not optimistic about finding a car in the 5-6 K range for my 18 year old son at Conicelli Toyota. We saw the red Volvo and stopped to look at it. This was Saturday around noon. We did the test drive, agreed on the price and by 5 PM Monday Billy had his car. Pat has a great personality, gave us confidence in his honesty and also addressed the high standards of the Conicelli organization. He said the car had to be safe and clean before it left the lot. Pat helped us with the price and put the car in for service immediately after we put a deposit on the car. He committed to having the car ready on Monday and it was. So, working with a person that you like and trust, an organization like Conicelli, getting the car that you want, at a reasonable price, on time, clean and inspected, is a great experience. More

I gave the rating that I did because I had a WONDERFUL experience at the dealership working with Hasaan Ricks and his "russian accented" finance manager! lol! I was able to get the car I really wanted, experience at the dealership working with Hasaan Ricks and his "russian accented" finance manager! lol! I was able to get the car I really wanted, and I was doubtful that I could get approved due to my low credit score, but Hasaan promised me that he could make it happen and he did! I drove hours, from NJ just to see if I could get approved in the car of my dreams and.... Mr. Hasaan Ricks was a man of his word and "voila" magic... I was driving off the lot same day in my brand new toyota 2014 camry!!!! So thrilled! Couldn't have asked for anything more! This car is wonderful, and has the 100,000 mile warranty... free regular services...and well.... it's a TOYOTA! Supercar right???? lol I enjoyed Mr. Ricks patience, his ability to assist me and answer every question that I had... and I had a LOT!!! lol! I thought the whole experience was great! The finance manager was funny too... and I found out that he would be able to make sure that my NJ plates could come in the mail, and how that whole thing would work with me getting the car in Philly... he was able to make the deal work out smoothly... and all the rebates and cashback so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for anything like transfer tag fees, etc... very cool! Well, if you are in the market for a car... have good or bad credit and want a wonderful deal with great customer service... SHOP at this toyota dealership and ask for Hasaan Ricks! You will not be disappointed at all! I guarantee it! He even will give you his personal cell for any questions you may have after the deal is done..... so you don't have to worry! When I returned my cars for service, I have had most of my interactions with Bob Calhoun. Bob is a courteous, conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly service representative who, in my opinion, is a credit to your company. All of my dealings have really been excellent, which is why I gave those 5 ratings. It is easy at times for a customer to feel unsure of the problems with their car, but I never felt as though I was being required to have service that was in fact not needed. Quite the contrary, I have walked in with an idea of what the problem might be, only to be pleasantly surprised that I was wrong and the repairs either were cheaper or not needed. When something was not right, then I could depend on Bob to find out why and fix it for me. I can only say that when we buy/lease our next vehicle we plan to buy from Conicelli for quality care from the sales to service. More
