Although Frank mainly sells Toyota, he has helped us once again with a new Honda purchase. We returned to Frank because of his friendliness, knowledge of the product he sells as well as his knowledge and ex again with a new Honda purchase. My husband's 10 year old truck was in much need of expensive repairs which just was not cost effective with a 10 year old vehicle. Needless to say, this was a purchase we had to make now and not wait until the end of the summer as we had planned. Frank got us the car we wanted, down to the color. He was patient during the test drive, answering questions, pointing out features that were new to this model Pilot we wanted, but were considered additions 10 years ago. He brought us into the price range we were willing to spend. This is our third purchase from Conicelli. I will be returning to Frank and Conicelli for the fourth purchase. More
