Great Experience I have bought two cars now at Conicelli and both experiences were great. I had worked with Frank Lynch when I bought my Camry and I felt he did every I have bought two cars now at Conicelli and both experiences were great. I had worked with Frank Lynch when I bought my Camry and I felt he did everything in his power to lower the price to fit my budget. Because of this, I had gone back when I needed to trade in my van. I went back to Frank and I had the same experience, he worked the numbers down far enough to fit my budget and I now own a new Toyota van. More
Best Car Buying Experience! My son was in the market for a Scion FR-S and we called the dealership about he car and Conicelli's inventory on 4/26. Jeff Giraldi took my call and was very helpful in providing insights about the car, the pricing model, and availability of the White model we wanted. The best part was that he was informative, and not pushy at all. He encouraged us to think about it, and get back to him when necessary. The following Monday, after a bad ecxperience at another dealer in NJ, I called Jeff at 5 PM, noting that we wanted to take delivery that evening. He cleared his calendar, coordinated dealer prep, and our financing package in a very efficient manner. Over a short period of time, we closed the deal and drove off very pleased with our Conicelli experience. I should add that Mike in Finance (forgot his last name),was also very professional and efficient. What I really liked was that after he appropriately offered a number of extra packages (exended warranty, GAP insurance, etc.), he did not use pressure tactics after we declined. Rather, he noted that he personally would suggest purchasing them, but he understood our position. This low pressure sales approach would bring me back to Conicelli, and the buying experience was pleasant, efficient, and professional. Finally, the car was prepped with great results on very short notice. The detail team should be commended for a job well done. To close, I want to note that the dealership was very busy during our visit, and Jeff had other customers to manage. However, his attention to them and us was not impaired, and he did a great job of juggling several matters. All-in, a great experience; one that will bring us back, and one that will yield referrals of my contacts to your dealership. Regards, Chris Janis More

Rick Basso was so helpful in guiding us through the purchasing process. It could not have been made any easier. Both Rick and Steve were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding to our needs to keep our new purchase within our budget (since our daughter goes away to college in August). Unfortunately, car salesmen have a reputation of being pushy but we never felt that way. If you go to Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken and work with Rick Basso and Steve Knicks, you will have an enjoyable experience purchasing your next vehicle. The worse Service I ever had with this location I was sorely disappointed with the customer service department at Conicelli -Toyota in Conshohocken . I will not be returning to that location. I fel I was sorely disappointed with the customer service department at Conicelli -Toyota in Conshohocken . I will not be returning to that location. I felt intimidated, uneducated, they treated me, unprofessionally. I was made the victim of a cruel and tasteless joke because of low odometer mileage (suggesting maybe my problem was I couldn't get a dated so I stayed at home. That got a lot of laughs from his colleagues. This man had no idea I was a colon cancer and heart patient over the past year. Then I was accused of inadequate falsified insurance coverage. I had a scheduled service appointment, was on time and It took close to 2 and a half hours to just change the oil, rotate the tires and do a computerized diagnostic state inspection. No one told me anything no updates no apologies etc. Additionally, I notice for an organization that prides themselves in being in the forefront of progressive employers. There was not one single woman, minority or disabled vet person as a customer service representative (they call their job title WRITERS) When asked why? I was informed by "a young male writer. That they only hire the most skilled and qualified applicants in customer service. I then proceed to ask him has he ever seen women, the disabled vet, or even minorities interact with customers on this Conshohocken Toyota location? His response was no not here but at other non Toyota dealerships yes. However, he continued to repeatedly inform me only highly qualified customer service applicants are employed by Conicelli it involves team work, education and skill Let is fine but somebody in that organization needs give a refresher course in how to deal with the average everyday run of the mill consumer such as myself. Particularly, with the national Toyota public relations consumer confidence problems at an all time low. Basically which has finally come to light over the past year Due to the faulty brake coverup and the millions they must shell out in fines for deception.Consequently, for a number of reason mainly inadequate customer relations they have lost my respect, confidence and service. When this lease is up I am going elsewhere. More

He also made a genuine effort to work with us on the price of the car. I would recommend Emile to anyone looking for a Toyota or Honda. Our experience with Emile was top notch. More

I am a young first time car buyer and he did not treat me like one. He did not try to push me to buy a car I did not want and made it a point to make sure I was happy with the car. I left the dealership with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS with 2.9% rate & later called me to let me know I was a proved for a 1.9% rate. I was over enjoyed and surprised he went out of his way to get me a better rate AFTER I left. Thank you Frank! More
