I am so unhappy with the service from Conicelli Honda, once you they sold my husband a car with a dent in the aide door that can only be noticed when looking at it from a certain position. The drive side air panel is loose as if someone may have tampered with it. We bought a 2011 Honda Civic so why all the issues. Our biggest mistake was picking the car up that evening and not waiting til the next morning. Once we told them about the issue they wanted to try and straighten out the dent but made it worse, and to top it all off they didn't complete the registration for our new car and now I'm at the DMV trying to get this done a month later. Unbelievable! I will never do business or recommend the to anyone. I think half of these comments are posted by someone in their office. More

I had a very complicated trade in situation and was looking to purchase a new Honda Fit. I should have came here first. At Conicelli, they treat you with a lot of respect, friendliness and patience (I used patience a couple of times because they let me ask questions and do research while I was there. They gladly addressed all of my concerns). I ended up buying the Fit and couldn't be happier! I got a fanastic deal on the car! I highly recommend Conicelli. Conicelli is what they claim to be. NICE.. everyone is extremely polite, helpful, and not afraid to go the extra mile. I was hesitant in the beginning; I traveled from another state to go to this specific dealership. I was not hassled or pressured and that is important to me. They made a promise to me and delivered. I could not even obtain this in my own state! They represent Honda Pre-Certified cars well; they are an asset to Honda. The whole staff was professional and personable. They have a loyal customer for life and I will send others to them. Excellent! More

I finally gave Conicelli, down the road from my Son's home, a chance to take my business. It could not have been a better decision. Dave Nichols, my associate, and Jack Kohanim, his mgr, located my car and color, within a half hour, and the deal was made. In addition, they gave me over $2000 more in trade on my used vehicle than any dealer had in NJ. And, my lease deal was better as well. It was the most satisfying new car experience I have ever had in over 50 years. Nice, helpful, above board people, start to finish. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. More
