After visiting all of the Conicelli lots, Ian was the most genuinely helpful salesman we encountered. We visited his lot @ Honda first but, found ourselves coming back to him 3 weeks later. He, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of a salesman. From staying after hours with us, to coming in on his time off. He really made us feel like he genuinely cared about what was best for us. Ian was always upfront and honest even when the truth wasn't what we hoped to hear. He never got impatient with the 1 million questions we had and would always find us an answer even if he had to get another team member like Juan, Chris or Brett. In all my years of car shopping, leasing and buying, I have never had an experience like this one!!! When we finally left the lot in our new car, we felt like Ian was family. He provided the best experience I've ever had. Thank you Conicelli for hiring this exemplar employee. I will be referring all of my friends, family and coworkers to Conicelli to see Ian for their new purchases!!!!! More

I can not say enough about the absolute 5 star service we were given from Sylvia Nesheiwat. It took exactly 7 days from the first time I contacted Conicelli before we were signing our contract and driving ou were given from Sylvia Nesheiwat. It took exactly 7 days from the first time I contacted Conicelli before we were signing our contract and driving our brand new 2011 Honda Civic off the lot. Being that we live in Maryland, I did everything over the phone. Sylvia stayed in contact with us & kept us updated on any new information. She was upfront & honest about the deal from the beginning & when we arrived all the numbers were as she said they would be. My husband and I drove up Thursday afternoon, and Brett Thomas in the finance department had all the paperwork ready and waiting for us. He took the time to explain everything in our contract and was patient as we asked questions. He went above and beyond, spending time on the phone with the banks, making sure we were approved for the best deal. The entire process from the time we arrived at Conicelli was probably 45 min, and that includes our looking over the car and getting the run through of all the car's gadgets. Sylvia called us the next morning to make sure our drive home was safe and we were still happy with our purchase. We have no doubt that we will return to Conicelli,Sylvia & Brett, for any future Honda purchases. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! More
My husband and I were reluctant to go car shopping because of how much we owed on our vehicle vs. what the Blue Book told us we could get for a trade, and also our credit situation. Once we got married, we were now a blended family, his two kids plus my one, and we needed more room. We desperately needed a bigger vehicle. We went to Conicelli to browse... and left with a car. We got an '08 Pilot, only 40 dollars more a month than we were paying for our POS headache of a Dodge Nitro, and we got an awesome warranty with the vehicle to boot. We were there for a while, but mostly because of our credit issues and them trying desperately to get us "bought" by a lender. They were very wonderful helping us keep our three kids entertained, and we left that night with the vehicle. Oscar was great at helping us locate the vehicle that met our needs, and was within budget. I would definitely buy from them again. More
This dealership was easy to deal with and extremely accomodating. I was able to test drive a Toyota Camry, Nissan Altime, Hyundai Sonata and a Honda Accord (which I eventually bought) at the same time accomodating. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. Benefits to each vehicle were explained to me so I could truly pick the best car for me! Joe Fidure was extremely knowledgeable and took whatever time was necessary without trying to make me feel under pressure to buy. He presented all the facts and answered many questions. I feel like I bought a great car at a great price and value. Manager Mark was willing to make a deal that I thought was fair. He helped make it happen. Mark frequently reminded me that he is available to answer any questions. After I bought the car, he told me to call him if I have any problems/concerns. For anyone looking for a great dealership, experience and price, I would recommend Conicelli without a doubt! More
This is my second experience with Conicelli Honda and both times I have been blown away by the sales crew and customer service. You only need to know the first three letters of this dealership CONicelli. I made an offer on their web site for Honda CR-V SE 4WD and got a counter offer over the phone from Stephanie in which it was dealership CONicelli. I made an offer on their web site for Honda CR-V SE 4WD and got a counter offer over the phone from Stephanie in which it was an exact Dealer Invoice amount according to the Kelly Blue Book. They then gave me a quote on my trade-in using the same Kelly BB. When I took the car in to close the deal, Josh's initial offer was 1/5 of what their own web site had quoted me. When I showed them their own quote, his response was (we don't believe in the Kelly Blue Book.) Josh (the good cop) now goes back to his manager Mark (the bad cop) and comes back with another appraiser's offer, doubling their initial one but in totality it is still less than 1/2 of their web site quote. I've bought and leased cars for over 30 years and read two books on how the system works. It was an insult and total waste of time for me and my wife. Connicelli is not coNICElli as they advertise. They are CONicelli as truth be told. More
I was looking to buy a new Honda. Working with Sylvia was a pleasure. She is very proffesional, very attentive, ver friendly and worked with us to find the best option for us. Our salesman was terrific and worked really hard to get us a deal within our budget. We had our two small children with us and there were toys to keep them occupied, as well as snacks and drinks. I am so unhappy with the service from Conicelli Honda, once you they sold my husband a car with a dent in the aide door that can only be noticed when looking at it from a certain position. The drive side once you they sold my husband a car with a dent in the aide door that can only be noticed when looking at it from a certain position. The drive side air panel is loose as if someone may have tampered with it. We bought a 2011 Honda Civic so why all the issues. Our biggest mistake was picking the car up that evening and not waiting til the next morning. Once we told them about the issue they wanted to try and straighten out the dent but made it worse, and to top it all off they didn't complete the registration for our new car and now I'm at the DMV trying to get this done a month later. Unbelievable! I will never do business or recommend the to anyone. I think half of these comments are posted by someone in their office. More
