I have purchased my last three vehicles at Conicelli in Conshohecken, PA. I bought my first vehicle in Conicelli Nissan in 2006, my second in Conicelli Honda in 2009, and my third also in Conicelli Honda o Conshohecken, PA. Although I keep returning to this particual dealership beacause of their professionalism, fairness, and excellent service, I must add that in dealing with Sales Consultant Joseph J. Fidure I found a true professional. Mr. Fidure was very clear in explaining the different purchasing and financing options available and made the entire process simple thus enabling me to make a sound purchase decision. I must add that I am extermely satisfied with the performance and features of the 2011 Honda CR-V that I bought. Keep up the good work, thank you! More
From start to finish this car buying experience has been a breeze. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My sale man was Tom Bean who we found to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable.. His approach was such that I became at ease right away, something that had always been missing over the years when friendly, and very knowledgeable.. He was actually the only salesperson that put a smile on my face because of his careful and detailed explanation of the Conicelli organization and how they stood behind e edgy ing that they sold. The lack of pressure from Tom Bean.and then Mike Fine, who led me through the financial paperwork was also unlike any other dealership. I am very pleased with the car and have spoken to Tom Bean since I bought it cause he was checking up after the sale to make sure I was completely satisfied. More
I just bought a Civic from Conicelli and the experience was very good. Arlene Lapin was very responsive to my questions, including a couple after I had gotten the car home, and was a pleasure to deal with. was very good. Called and was transferred to voicemail, left message at 8:30 am, never got return call until I called again at 3:30 pm 3. Supposed the car is detailed after the work, there is dirty hand print on the leather seat, and multiple areas with adhesives that used during repair left on the car. 4. Requested state inspection. They added on oil change without my authorization. They did address these issues when I complained. Which they offered a free detail and free oil changes. Nonetheless, lost my trust with these guys. I feel they are not on top of their job, and disdonestly added on service if you dont carefully read your bill. More
