I have been dealing with Conicelli Honda for over six years. This is the second new Honda CRV I purchased from Conicelli. I went there initially on the recommendation of a friend. My wife drove 1 1/2 hours to this dealership to look at a 2011 used Civic. It was the color she wanted (white: which seems to be the hardest color to find) and only had 6K and certified. It was also offered at a very competitive price which is why we chose to drive the extra distance. We were met by Gena Coghlan who eventually was our salesperson. Gena was very friendly and energetic about the sale. She took us for a test drive and allowed both of us to drive. She showed us everything in the car and explained all the functions and options. The vehicle was great. My trade was a 15 year old Civic with 210K miles on it so I knew I wouldn't be getting a whole lot for it but the offer was more than I expected. Gena went above and beyond to find us the best rate for the car and helped us secure the loan. We bought two cars within 3 days (this being the second) and the difference between our experience with Gena and the salesperson at the other dealership was a complete 180. Gena was great and extemely helpful and polite whereas the other salesperson really put on a front that he just didn't care. He never explained the functions and didn't bother to pop the hood or anything. He also kept trying to sell us a car we didn't want. The only negative experience I would say, and it most likely has to deal with the dealership itself, but the extra warranty offered through Conicelli was pushed for in the sale a little too strong for my liking. Other than that, we have no complaints and would recommend the dealership to anyone interested in a Honda. More

If you are in the southeastern PA area and looking for a Honda, I would strongly recommend giving Conicelli a shot. My experience was pretty straightforward. I already had a model and price in mind. Conicelli was able to meet this price with no issues and the best part is that they did not give me the run around and were able to locate the color and model of choice within 1 business day. I am thankful for this experience. Also, I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours . That does not happen very often and you guys know that. Mark is very professional in his approach to customers and downright helpful in answering your questions above and beyond your expectations. And Christana is also a smart and very helpful sales consultant. I realized these guys really run around to earn your business. I originally went to the dealership to look at Certified Used Hondas and accidently parked at the new car lot and was gree Conicelli in Conshohocken. He was extremely knowledgeable, candid, and easy to work with. I trusted that the information Nick gave me was accurate and in my best interest. Without a doubt, David Stephenson at Conicelli was the most accommodating salesman I have dealt with. From the beginning he was extremely understanding and respectful of what I wanted. There was never any pressure like I had experienced at other dealers. In addition, he was very prompt in returning all my calls and thoroughly answering all of my questions during the process. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and friendly. I was very pleased with the amount I payed for my 2009 Civic LX and impressed with how the financing department worked with me. The gentleman that walked me through the financing process (Dave) was very patient and took great effort to explain every detail to me.
