Our credit wasnt superior but he got us a great price at a payment we could afford and kept us "in the loop" every step of the way. This was a 2 hour drive for me to get to this dealership as they had the car in the color I wanted coming in soon, however, I will be back when I am ready for my next car because it was worth every mile. My parents already own Hondas and they said they will go to Conicelli rather than a local Honda dealership because of the service I received. A+++ More

Stopped by Conicelli quite accidentally as we were checking out dealerships in the Philly area. We had already done our research on the car, test driven 2010, 2011 and 2012 models, and with knowledge checking out dealerships in the Philly area. We had already done our research on the car, test driven 2010, 2011 and 2012 models, and with knowledge of dealer invoice, priced out the options we wanted on our 2012 Pilot after talking to the other dealerships. We had gotten the run around, typical sales tactics, mind games and pressure from some of the other Honda dealers in the area so decided to look elsewhere. So was quite pleasantly surprised when we showed Lee our pricing certificate and the options, and he came back with an even lower offer with all of the options (and in fact for the Remote Engine Start option showed us the after-market option where we could get two remotes at an even lower price than the bulky Honda factory installed option). Lee figured out we knew what we wanted and didn't put us under any pressure or give us the typical sales pitch. He was extremely professional, courteous and made the whole exprience very pleasant for us. By showing his willingness to do what was necessary and without the games, he made the decision very easy for us. We put a deposit down and did the Honda financing special @ 1.9%. As they got the accessories, he called and let us know when they were going to be put on and when the car would be ready with the accessories installed. He took care of everything behind the scenes. On the 23rd he came in especially for us even though he wasn't planning to and did the complete walkthrough with us, going over every minute detail and wiping off the tiniest of marks after the detail. I had my doubts and apprehensions about dealers, but Lee was a pleasure to work with and seemed to go out of his way to get us what he wanted. More

I went to Conicelli looking to test drive an Accord Coupe and a Camry and was placed in Tom Bean's care; he was great! I wound up getting a 2007 Camry and I love it! Tom was very knowlegeable (and an Eagles and a Camry and was placed in Tom Bean's care; he was great! I wound up getting a 2007 Camry and I love it! Tom was very knowlegeable (and an Eagles fan!) and personable. The whole process took about three hours (and I didn't even stay at the dealership the whole time)... I had a small issue with my gas cap and Tom was readily available to help me. I would definitely recommend going to Conicelli (and Tom at used Honda)if you're looking to purchase! More
