Conicelli Honda

I am from central New Jersey and was unable to get what I felt was a comfortable deal on a new Honda Accord 2 door coupe, 5 spd manual. I finally gave Conicelli, down the road from my Son's home, a chance to take my business. It could not have been a better decision. Dave Nichols, my associate, and Jack Kohanim, his mgr, located my car and color, within a half hour, and the deal was made. In addition, they gave me over $2000 more in trade on my used vehicle than any dealer had in NJ. And, my lease deal was better as well. It was the most satisfying new car experience I have ever had in over 50 years. Nice, helpful, above board people, start to finish. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. More

We purchased a new CR-V in December, 2009. Juan Carlos Pelegrin was very helpful, as it was our first new car in over 10 years. I only received minor injuries, and walked away from the accident!! The other driver's 2005 Mazda burst into flames after hitting me. He was banged up, but okay. It was one of the scariest moments of my life - but I was so thankful to be in a great car like the CR-V - a car I have lusted after for years! Although it was only about five weeks old, I was so thankful it helped to save my life. We went back to see Juan last night, and pick out a brand new CR-V. We were in and out in about two hours! The people at Conicelli have been great! We met the general manager, Mark Hammond, who came over and introduced himself. It could not have been an easier experience - and our car-buying experiences of the past have never been positive!! I needed to get my vehicle inspected, from the time I walked through the door I had nothing but a pleasant experience. I then spoke with Chris who took my information. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon, just like they said it would be. Chris called and said my car was ready and explain what was done. I picked up my car, Patty checked me out, gave me my keys and directed me to my car. First time I had to have my "new" used Honda Civic inspected. My experience was very pleasant. I deliberately overlook Conicelli Honda in the past when having my Hondas serviced because of some unfavorable experiences by my friends. This is my first experience having my car serviced at Conicelli Honda and I must say that I am impressed with the way they handled the service for my car. They took care of me right away as soon as I got there. They promised to give me a call when they're done with my car or if they found something else that need to be attended to immediately. They did that, not unlike the other dealer where I used to go to in the past in which they will call you sometimes. So it's up to me to give them a call to find out if my car will be ready by the end of the day. I have found a replacement to my favorite Honda dealer, and this is where I'm going to the next time around. More
