My husband and I went to Conicelli Honda looking for a new car for me. We are currently leasing a CRV 2007 and were very pleased with the sales/service at this location. Our salesmen Joe Barrios took all the time needed to show us the cars available to match my needs. We were looking at Civic but what I described best matched the Fit. He showed us one and that was that. No need to go to any other car dealer. We closed the deal and I drove home with my new Fit that afternoon.,Before we left the facility, the Sales Manager Jack came out and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The next day I needed to bring my old car title to Conicelli and my salesman was busy assisting another customer. Jack once again came to me at Greeter station and completed my transaction and made sure I was satisfied. I also received a phone call from my saleman saying he was sorry he was not available to assist me with the title change and that he would always be available to asist me. I also received a call from the agency making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and not to hesitate to contact them with any questions. There is no way I could give them anything but a top rating for their service with my husband and I. More
