We bought a 2013 Cr-v on January. This was our first new car. Our consultant was Tim Drew. Before we went there I thought that all the dealerships are the same, but this one wasn't like the others. My husband and I bought a used 2010 Certified Honda Pilot touring from David Stephenson at a reasonable price. David was very nice and answered all our questions. A few days after we bought the pilot, we noticed that the steering wheel had a slight vibration. We took it to our local mechanic (we live 3 hours away in Virginia)and they advised us that the vibration was due to bad tires. The tires were not covered under warranty so we would have to pay the local mechanic out of our own pocket. I was not too thrilled at the prospect of shelling out $800 on tires when I just bought the vehicle. I called David to explain the issue and he advised me that he would talk to his manager to see what they could do. It was a few days, and I had to call David back. Turns out the used car manager was on vacation so I got a little frustrated, but David really went to bat and got another manager involved. Anyway, I ended up talking to the service dept about the issue. I spoke to Harry. He was real pleasant on the phone, but in the back of my mind, I wasn't sure how willing they were to change the tires out and thought I would have to fight them on it. Anyway, we took the truck back up there (fortunately, my mother-in-law lives nearby so we stayed with her for the night). I was pleasantly surprised when Harry informed us that he was going to replace the tires with brand new Goodyears. I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to say that I was truly impressed with the customer service at this dealership. This was my first time buying a car, but I always knew that an honest dealership will stand by the products that they sell. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to fix the problem without hesitation. I only wished I lived closer so they could do the routine service on the truck. These guys are great and I highly recommend. More
I went to check out a car for my wife here. I now wonder why I did. My initial experience was good when I expressed interest in a car on Cars.com. When I went there to the honda dealership the reception was fine, and I was directed to the used car dealership across the road. Here I was greeted by a lady who took down my details and showed me a few cars on their website. I selected one of them and took the car for a test drive. The sales lady was a little rude and was showing me a car as though I have not seen a car before. Not sure why she behaved the way she did. I kept my cool and took the car for a test drive. Next came the turn of evaluating my trade in. I was told a value of the car at 50% of what I finally ended up getting at another dealership for the same car. The way she explained the value of my car as though it was a piece of junk and that the car she was selling was a piece of gold. She came across as a person who just didn't want to negotiate. She just didn't seem to be in a mood to sell the car that day. There are better dealers out there. My worst dealer experience ever. More

Only challenge is to try to keep the closing process shorter. It took over 3 hours to complete. My name is Leslie and I own a 2009 Honda Civic, which I purchased in February 2012. My salesman, Nate Simon, had told me that there was only a master key for the car, but he would check for a spare or have purchased in February 2012. My salesman, Nate Simon, had told me that there was only a master key for the car, but he would check for a spare or have a new one made for me. I forgot about it for a few months, but reached out to Nate about a week ago to see if it was still an option. He gave me a phone number to call, and Harry in Service made an appointment for me to have the key made, free of charge! I went to Conicelli on Friday, August 17, 2012 to get the new key, and while I was there, asked if I could possibly get an oil change as well. John was the Service Assistant who helped me, and he was EXTREMELY accommodating. It's the second time I've gotten service on my car since February, and I am so pleased with Conicelli, and felt a nice note was warranted. Thanks so much to all!
