I went to Conicelli Pre-owned Honda to purchase a used Honda. Dan McDonald and his team had helped me before and once again they were amazing. Visiting Conicelli is exactly how going to a dealer should be Honda. Dan McDonald and his team had helped me before and once again they were amazing. Visiting Conicelli is exactly how going to a dealer should be. I had previously had John Frederick (Nissan) help me out so Dan asked him to help me once again. He let me try as many cars as I wanted and didn't once pressure me or make me feel rushed. He didn't even blink when I asked if I could drive the same car twice (lol, I'm pretty indecisive). Both Dan or John stayed by my side the whole time and didn't make me wait during any part of the process. Also, my mom came along and waited in the showroom the entire time and the dealership made her feel comfortable by offering her coffee and an empty desk to do work at. As a young woman, it is very intimidating to go into a car dealership. I am a loyal Conicelli customer and will continue to be, because they always make me feel comfortable and they never talk down to me. My boyfriend also came along and said later that he had never had a car-buying process be so easy or the dealer be so nice. In the end, I ended up with the perfect Certified Pre-owned Honda at a fantastic price! Thank you Dan and John! More

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with the staff at Conicelli Honda. My first contact via phone was with Stephanie with Internet Sales after filling out my information on autotrader. with the staff at Conicelli Honda. My first contact via phone was with Stephanie with Internet Sales after filling out my information on autotrader.com. She was very friendly, asked great questions and offered advice. Stephanie spent 20 minutes on the phone at the end of her long day of work. She scheduled an appointment for me with Kristina. Kristina and her trainee, Amanda were excellent. Both young, smart and knowledgeable. They didn't give me the 'run-around' and tey both worked very hard to make sure they found a comfortable price point for me. Brett in Finance was wonderful and efficient. Mark stopped to chat and was friendly as well. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it was a great experience. Anthony Battistini was very helpful to us in choosing the right car. He was patient and not pushy. Just purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla Sport from Mike Bello of Conicelli Honda! I can't say enough good things about Mike and our Conicelli experience. Mike was incredibly patient as we went to several Bello of Conicelli Honda! I can't say enough good things about Mike and our Conicelli experience. Mike was incredibly patient as we went to several of the Conicelli dealerships to figure out what we could afford and what car would be best for our new drivers. He was very knowledgable, personable and did not make us feel pressured in the least! This was our first Conicelli experience and it will definitely not be the last!! A few weeks ago I went into the Conicelli Honda dealership with a tight budget looking for cars for two teenage daughters. I dealt with David Stephenson who was absolutely wonderful! He did not dealership with a tight budget looking for cars for two teenage daughters. I dealt with David Stephenson who was absolutely wonderful! He did not use the high pressure sales tactics that I had experienced with other dealers. He was very knowledgeable and understanding and helped us every step of the way. My oldest daughter who is starting college in the fall fell in love with a Ford Focus ZST which we luckily purchased within our price range. Then one week later Dave was kind enough to call me & let me know that he found the perfect car for my other daughter. She immediately fell in love with the car & Dave helped us tremendously with that purchase as well. The whole experience went smoothly and Dave was a pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend this dealer & Dave Stephenson! More

My fiance and I had made an morning appointment to view three used 2010 Honda Accords at Conicelli. I had called Mike Salvo the day before arriving to make sure all vehicles were available. He confirmed th three used 2010 Honda Accords at Conicelli. I had called Mike Salvo the day before arriving to make sure all vehicles were available. He confirmed that they were still on the lot and looked forward to our visit. Upon arriving, Mike greeted us and notified us that 2 of the cars were sold that night.I had asked him why he did not notify us of this before arriving to the dealership. He simply shrugged his shoulders,leaned back in his shiny black leather chair, and said "They were hot sellers. Sorry. There was nothing I could do." He took us to see the remaining car. As me and my fiance examined the interior and exterior of the car making notes of any damage, Mike stated "I'm heading inside while you guys go ahead check it out." Once we were done, we proceeded inside and Mike was on a important phone call as we waited patiently for our test drive. The test drive went smoothly and we proceeded to make an offer on the vehicle. Mike showed us the internet price again and said "Well it is certified. I mean, I don't know what else to tell you." We respectfully gave him another offer in order to negotiate then something out of this world happened. He stood up at his desk, clasped his hands to his mouth and yelled across the table "Hey! _____, what can you do about the 2010 Accord?!" I'm assuming the anonymous man was a sales manager, yelled back , it's already discounted! There's nothing I can do." Me and my fiance were very embarrassed and only wanted to negotiate on the pricing. This was an overall bad experience and I would not recommend this sales associate or sales manager. More

I came to Conicelli 2 years ago to purchase a certified used vehicle. I traded in my vehicle that Conicelli gave me 1000.00 OVER what a different dealer offered. That was the first plus. They kept my payme used vehicle. I traded in my vehicle that Conicelli gave me 1000.00 OVER what a different dealer offered. That was the first plus. They kept my payments within my budget. Plus 2! I had a little mechanical trouble with the vehicle I purchased but they took care of the issue as quickly as they could and I was never without a vehicle. Plus 3! After being sent a flyer for a customer appreciation event, I went with the intent of playing with the idea of buying a brand new vehicle. I was met at the door by Dana, a new sales associate. She was friendly and not overbearing. She listened to what I was saying and I got an awesome deal on a brand new Honda Civic that again was within my budget. They were just so easy to deal with and really went out of their way to see that I was satisfied. Dana went out of her way to make sure that she showed me all the features in my new car. That was really nice because it does alot. She set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dana in particular to anyone who is in the market for a good,dependable,vehicle that also is very nice to look at and fun to drive! More

We did our homework on the website, made contact with Anthony Battistini, and in very short order had narrowed our choice to 2 CR-V's.
