As far as customer service is concerned, so far so good. I was a manager for customer service for 30& yrs and was also an Internal Auditor for customer service practices, so I am very keen on service. I found a little ding on the car and Jim made arrangements for me to meet with the manager to get it fixed, and to get a loaner while it was being done. Every employee you meet with hands you their card. To me that means the buck stops here. More

I made contact on line with Conicelli. Was contacted on line by Brian and he gave me what seemed to be a good quote on a 2013 Odyssey EL-X. His last comment to me in his e-mail offer was to get back to hi line by Brian and he gave me what seemed to be a good quote on a 2013 Odyssey EL-X. His last comment to me in his e-mail offer was to get back to him with any quote lower and he would try to match or go under a particular quote. That is exactly what I did and Brian was able to offer what I thought was a very good quote for the Odyssey along with extras that I wanted. Brian turned me over to Joe Fidure who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Neither Brian or Joe were in anyway pushy about the extended warranty issue. My entire experience at Conicelli was extremely positive. This is second car I have purchased from Conicelli in four years. I look forward to dealing with them in future. More
