Conicelli Honda

After doing my research I decided to go to Conicelli to purchase make my first vehicle purchase since I already know family members have had a good experience a few years back. Before showing me any cars, Ron sat with us and asked for everything I was looking for in my vehicle, and showed me different cars that were around my budget. After looking at my Civic I felt it wasn't the car for me. Ron went with us to Nissan and Toyota while I looked at many different cars, until I finally felt I had found the right one at Conicelli Toyota. Ron was VERY patient and I did not feel rushed or pressured, which I appreciated. Before test driving the car, he gave me a full presentation of the car, explaining all features and specs of the car thoroughly. After purchasing the car, an issue arised with the car while it was being detailed, and Ron handled the situation very well. When I ended up leaving Conicelli with my new Toyota, I was happy and satisfied with my purchase! Ron is highly recommended! More

After hearing what I was interested in as far as a purchase or a lease, she gave me a complete and thorough explanation of how the lease option worked and then she readily answered my questions. I came with the idea of leasing, but after looking as the Accords that was on the certified lot, I quickly changed my mind about leasing. The the only thing I needed to do was to find a car. Sounds crazy when I am on a lot full of cars, Gena listened to my rambling and the I found what I wanted. Gena took care of the rest. I am sure that I don't have to tell you what a JEWEL you have in Ms. Goghlan. She is indeed and asset to your company. I stopped in to Conicelli Autoplex this morning to see a used Infinity G35x that was for sale. My salesperson was Joe Cramasta, and will always be from this point on. He was not pushy at all. He was funny, welcoming, offering us food and drink. I felt so pleased to have stopped in this morning. I have been to other dealerships in the past, including a large one based out of Doylestown PA, and I have to say, I am proud to be a part of the Conicelli family of car owners now. Joe Cramasta took his time with me to ensure that I would be getting everything I needed out of this car. I even felt comfortable enough to tell him that I was an impulsive buyer and that I sometimes will just jump in to the first car I see. He did not take advantage of that, and instead, sat with me to discuss everything about the car, from its safety features to the many other features it offers. He showed me the actual vehicle and we went over everything. He was so thrilled to be showing me this car because he knew it had everything I had told him I needed in a car. After our test drive, I was convinced that this was the car of my dreams. The entire experience was just absolutely amazing. I had the best time working with Joe, and I couldn't have asked for a more sincere, funny, knowledgeable, and caring car dealer. The other two people that consistently made me feel at home was Dave and Rich. Both great people, and another reason to now refer my family and friends to a true Gem of a dealership. This was the best car experience I've ever had and its 2:30am right now and all I want to do is drive around in my new car since I can't sleep from thinking about it! It started with a phone call from a salesman who worked at Conicelli Honda. His call was a follow up on the information that I provided on the internet. I mentioned to him that I was looking at a black 201 at Conicelli Honda. His call was a follow up on the information that I provided on the internet. I mentioned to him that I was looking at a black 2013 CRV-EX-L and 2013 Equinox. The salesman was friendly and polite. He never once said anything negative about the Equinox. He just told me that could come in and have a look around whenever I got the opportunity. Without making an appointment, I decided to visit Conicelli Honda. When I arrived, I told the receptionist that someone had called me but I forgot his name. She was kind enough to check the call records. The salesman's name is Ron Horne. Mr. Horne immediately made me feel very comfortable. He asked me what I wanted in my car. As I told him, he wrote everything down. He showed me the car that I saw on the internet plus others. He was very informative, patient and went over all the details regarding each car. When I finally narrowed it down to two cars, he had me sit inside each car and answered all my questions. He was not pushy and that was very refreshing. The car that was comfortable for me and had everything that I mentioned to Mr. Horne is the 2011 CRV- EX.
