NEW CAR PURCHASE Over the years my wife and I purchased four cars through David Stephenson. On our next trip to our old dealership, we learned David was no longer with them, with no word as to where he may have moved. So we purchased a car from one of their sales persons. The entire process was a nightmare. We ended up overpaying and felt used. Finally, we were able to locate David at Conicelli Honda and what a wonderful experience. Like old home-coming week, the process was pleasureable, effortless, and comfortable. We left David, and Conicelli, with a new car and the feeling that we were treated very well. Didn't need a cot. I have had 6 cars, this purchase makes 7. My husband and I would hold off until the last possible moment to buy because the whole dealership experience is so daunting. Well, this was not. My husband scheduled an appointment online. Tone, our salesman, was accommodating, pleasant, & funny. He even does voices. The test drive was great, & then it was time for the money part. While things did not go exactly how we'd planned (our fault, we went over our budget), it was still a great experience & we were not there ALL DAY. Andrew was very nice, and Juan, the finance manager, did a great job explaining everything with no pressure. Even though he's a Patriots fan, he is A-OK in my book!!! Definitely visit Conicelli for a Honda, or any vehicle they offer. We bought the 2014 CR-V and we love it, but the experience buying it was top notch!!! Thanks, Conicelli!!!
