My family and I have bought 6 Hondas over 20 years and will continue to only buy Hondas because the quality of the vehicles are excellent but even better than that is the helpfulness and care taken by the service dept. From my initial contact requesting that price, through visiting the dealership and the buying process, this was by far the very best car buying experience I have ever had! I received a great internet price from Patrick, which he followed up with a phone call to discuss the details of exactly what I was looking for. My appointment to visit the dealership was set up with Tone Hicks. Tone is just the very best! He works with you to get you the very best deal and there is never any pressure. And to make it even better, imagine working with a car salesman that has a GREAT personality!! Request Tone when you visit, you will not regret it. Tim Drew, the sales manager, also worked with us to give us an even better price and a good value on our trade in. Lastly it was a visit with Kristine in finance. She is amazingly efficient and worked quickly to wrap up the paperwork so we could be on our way with our new car.
