After using their Service Department for ALL my vehicle issues, I was very disappointed with the service I received when my service writer left. I swore I would never buy another Honda from Moss Motors. When my vehicle developed another issue that needed attention immediately, I had no choice but to bring the car back to Moss and was pleasantly surprised. They found a bird in my engine area and didn't charge me for removing it. That's when I remembered that everyone deserves a second chance. Before learning about the bird, I was thinking there was something terribly wrong with my 9+ year old Pilot, we were approaching 100K miles. So I asked to speak with a sales person and was blessed to be paired with Mr. Jaron Guidry. He got an earful from me but his disposition was nothing but kind and receptive. He didn't try to make up excuses but did assure me that I would be taken care of if given the chance. He sold me a new Pilot and so far I am very satisfied. The Finance Manager, Mr. Jenkins, was very helpful and explained a lot of choices to me so that I would be very well informed. He didn't just run through the paperwork, he explained in detail every paper I was signing. Because of my experience, I believe my star rating for this dealership is leaning more towards a 5-star rating after all. More

While discussing my current satisfaction with the vehicle but dissatisfaction with it's fuel economy, Jaron looked up values of my truck and we discovered it was worth much more than I thought. It's been 15 years since I've owned a car and was hesitant to purchase one again but after going for a test drive in one of the accord sports, I knew it would be an adjustment that I could handle. Jaron took me around the entire lot so that I could see all available colors as choosing the color proved harder than I thought. He even took me to lunch while we were discussing the vehicle and waiting for my truck to be finished in service. Skylar and Jaron did a fantastic job, I have now purchased my second vehicle from Jaron in less than 24 months. More

Service Department I had an 8 am appt for a simple oil change. Check in at 7:55 am, was told that I was to be out in less than an hour. 9:45, my vehicle had still not be I had an 8 am appt for a simple oil change. Check in at 7:55 am, was told that I was to be out in less than an hour. 9:45, my vehicle had still not been moved from the location it was put in when put in line. No explanation on why it wasn't serviced yet. I took my keys and left. After 20 mins of an employee searching for the service manager so I could speak to him, he still wasn't available. Left my phone number for him to call, never heard from him and never as much as got a simple apology for anyone. Will never return to that dealership and certainly would never recommend anyone doing business there. More
