Great Service and Patience I spent some time looking at some vehicle options around town and Jaron the sales person was very patient with me as I weighed my options. In the end I spent some time looking at some vehicle options around town and Jaron the sales person was very patient with me as I weighed my options. In the end, he convinced me to purchase from them. All the staff was very accommodating as I purchased my vehicle late on a Saturday and Jaron and the sales manager stuck around 2 hours after their normal closing time to ensure I received my vehicle that day. Honda's reliability and quality has been amazing with the vehicle I purchased. I drive almost 1,000 miles a week and it doesn't bother me a bit with my new Honda. Great vehicle, great service department as I see them monthly, and a very comfortable atmosphere. More

I was never treated like this in my life after this nice gentleman called Paul was so hang up on not honoring my coupon and trying to push his sale of $29.99 , he even tried to take the car and service it without even me signing anything , total rip off. i would not believe my eyes. after asking to speak to a manager of course he was in a meeting so decided to leave and call them , after i called and off course left a message the service manager called back and he convince me that my car is only using synthetic oil ..they all must be high on cocaine i think everyone that they deal with must be a moron cause i definitely was treated like one think about it this is just for a simple oil change that they promote for 19 bux and when u get there they try to take u for a ride .. i hope theres a god and sees the way they treat people and should be ashamed of themselves More
After discussing purchasing a car from the salesman, Van, we informed him that we did not have our trade in with us. We asked him if had the appropriate time for us to drive home and pick it up. He assured us he would be waiting on us when we got back. However, we arrived back to purchase the Civic before the specified time, and Van was not to be found. When we asked one of his co-workers where he may be, they said they would find him for us. 5 minutes later, not one person had come to tell us if he was gone, or offer to sell us the car themselves. We left after being ignored and bought a Camry from Hampton Toyota. More
Only problem was after I got home I realized they charged me for window etching that no one informed me of.
