Mr. Jaron Guidry, Bill Landry and Tony Pascual treated my husband First off...let me say how much I dislike the car purchasing experience...until now! Mr. Jaron Guidry, Bill Landry and Tony Pascual treated my husband and I like we were old friends. I was dealing with other dealerships but a co-worker of mine insisted I go see Mr. Jaron at moss. Upon arrival he welcomed me for coming see him. I was nervous because I HATE making huge purchases. My nervousness went away the more we talked. Funny thing is...the first few minutes he didn't even mention vehicles. He asked where I worked, how my friend was (the one who purchased from him previously) and so on. Long story short...I am very satisfied with the staff at Moss. Mr Bill came tell me Hello and Thanked me for coming in before we even talked business. Mr Tony was very patient and explained everything in great detail. I love my new Odyssey and I am proud to spread the word and tell everyone about my wonderful experience! More

top notch customer service I dealt with Mr Jaron Guidry. I drove from Houston to Lafayette in order to get the vehicle I needed. Jaron worked the whole deal with me via email an I dealt with Mr Jaron Guidry. I drove from Houston to Lafayette in order to get the vehicle I needed. Jaron worked the whole deal with me via email and text and also worked with my credit union to line everything up. My wife and I drove in and all paperwork was done and my vehicle spotless. I was there maybe 30 mins. This is by far the smoothest transaction I've ever had and I'm willing to drive back to Lafayette in the future to deal with Mr Guidry and the staff at Moss More
