Service Department I had an 8 am appt for a simple oil change. Check in at 7:55 am, was told that I was to be out in less than an hour. 9:45, my vehicle had still not be I had an 8 am appt for a simple oil change. Check in at 7:55 am, was told that I was to be out in less than an hour. 9:45, my vehicle had still not been moved from the location it was put in when put in line. No explanation on why it wasn't serviced yet. I took my keys and left. After 20 mins of an employee searching for the service manager so I could speak to him, he still wasn't available. Left my phone number for him to call, never heard from him and never as much as got a simple apology for anyone. Will never return to that dealership and certainly would never recommend anyone doing business there. More

Reliability was one of my biggest concerns in searching for the vehicle I wanted because I'm going to be doing a lot of traveling alone. I came into the Moss Honda dealership expecting to test drive only the CR-V. When I spotted the HR-V I was very intrigued at all that was offered in the car. Jaron Guidry rode with me on my first test drive and was very knowledgable about all that the car had to offer and how it compared with other vehicle brands. He informed me of Honda's reliability and safety ratings in comparison to the other brands and I suddenly understood why so many people choose Honda and wanted to join the "good side" as he calls it. However, I was not completely sure if I wanted the smaller HR-V or the larger Toyota RAV4. I spent about a month trying to decide on whether I wanted the HRV or the Rav. In that time I test drove each car four times. Every time I would come back to Honda, I would notify Jaron and he had the car waiting for me. He was also very patient and understanding of me wanting to choose the best car. He just told me the facts and let me make the decision without the added stress of being pressured into making the decision quickly and in his favor. He wanted me to have the car that I wanted the most. After seeing that he was on my side, he completely gained my trust. Finally, I decided on the HRV but the color that I had fell in love with was sold and there wasn't another one available anywhere. So for the next two months Jaron and Jay worked together in the quest to obtain one. He never pressured me into settling for another color, which I would have regretted had I done it because the mulberry is perfect. He remained in contact with me and assured me that he was persistent and checked on it first thing every morning and he wanted me to have my car just as much as I did. Then the amazing news came through that the dealership in Baton Rouge had just received one. The moss Honda team worked an incredible deal with them (even though someone was already going to buy it in Baton Rouge) so that I could finally get my car! I went pick up "my baby" yesterday and I'm over the moon ecstatic and in love with it. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Honda. Even my experience with the paperwork man, Tony Pasqual, was easygoing and funny. I don't think that anyone else would have worked as hard as Jaron to ensure that I got the Mulberry as soon as possible without trying to sell me a different color on the lot. I would recommend Jaron and Moss Honda to anyone that is searching for a new car. Not only do I have a newfound appreciation for Honda automobiles, I also feel like I have gained a friend that I can reach out to with any car related questions. He is the best! More

Mostly Perfect, Except This was my fourth Honda purchase from Moss Motors. Each purchase has been via the internet sales department and each has been effectively painless. All communication has been via email and there is never any pressure to come in nor bothering phone calls. Jaron Guidry was my sales guy and he always provided just the information I requested and we quickly came to a price acceptable to both of us. I made one visit to the dealership to have my trade in evaluated, take a test drive and get a jump on the paperwork. This took maybe 2 hours. I came back the next day to pick up the car and complete the sales paperwork. This took maybe 2 hours. Tony Pasqual is very friendly, but he runs the paperwork by you pretty quick and the extraneous visiting makes concentration difficult. It was later that night while taking the time to go over all the paperwork that I noticed a $219 charge for VIN number window etching. This is the reason that I scored this transaction a 4 out of 5 stars. VIN number window etching is an option and should be presented to the buyer that way. It's probably a worthwhile service, but it's clearly a profit item for the dealership. I doubt that I would have agreed to pay for it had it been offered to me. All in all, $219 is not that expensive of a lesson and hopefully I'll remember to look for it next time I buy a car. More

My first brand new car in 18 years! The last car I purchased was when my son was born! Also purchased from Moss Motors. It all started with a simple inquire from the website. Hayward Duresseau immediately contacted me. I did my research and being that it is hard for me to just go shopping for cars, Hayward and I did all the negotiations over Text! I think that this is the first time I ever do it this way, but well worth my time. Hayward was awesome and very patient with me. He worked out a deal that I could not refuse. When I went to sign the papers, Hayward had everything ready for me. The car was washed, he went over all the features and I was happy. When I went to sign, the Finance Manager, Tony, was the friendliest finance manager I had ever met. He even showed me different ways I could do my financing that would benefit me. It was a pleasure doing business with Moss. I will recommend MOSS MOTORS HONDA to all my friends and for sure - Go See HAYWARD!! He was the best Sales Associate I've ever dealt with! More
