I have purchased vehicles for my company through Commonwealth, this time my wife and I leased a Nissan Maxima. I found them all, as always, very friendly and in a genuine way. The place is NOT at all slimy and we were very much appreciative of their efforts to get us the car we wanted, even sending someone to NY to get it. That is really good customer service. Mark is a young but very competent sales guy who treated us with the respect we deserve. You should seek him out. There are two negatives..... The first is this little red flyer that we found in our glove box that says they will give me a gift card for every good review we post about them. Perhaps its not the intent but it gives the impression of being bribed for a good review. It does cast a little doubt over the reviews given here and thats a shame because they are a good dealership. The second was the finance guy. Despite my telling him a thousand times I didnt want any of the crap he was trying to sell us he kept persisting, even went as far as to say "thats insane" when I said I didnt want any extras. In this economy isnt it enough we are leasing a 40K car? Is it necessary to squeeze every penny out of me on the way out the door? I realize he was just doing his job and probably makes more money for this stuff, but I nearly told him to screw and walked out. Fortunately there are enough positives about Commonwealth to make it worth returning. More

I leased my vehicle for Commonwealth six months ago, this is the second time I have had it in for an oil change. Everything from making the appointment to the service is impeccable. I brought in my Nissan versa for service because I could not get the hood to close. Everyone was very helpful on the phone, and when I brought the car in they fixed it promptly and fixed a few other issues not get the hood to close.
