Had a terrible experience with my salesperson Elias Chaya I told him the car that I was interested in he showed it to me. I liked it. I drove it. I put $1000 deposit down. He said the finance guy was working on it, I change my mind and I don’t want to deal the long waiting and I was told that I can’t get my $1000 deposit down because it’s nonrefundable very unprofessional of the dealership and I highly recommend anyone never to go there More

Beware of the 160 point check when you buy a used car. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport in January 2024. My salesperson Alejandra Rodrigues was great. When we saw the vehicle the right front wheel wa I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport in January 2024. My salesperson Alejandra Rodrigues was great. When we saw the vehicle the right front wheel was heavily damaged. I would say the past owner had definite issues parking. We requested a new rim be put on. The right rear had been hit though not as bad as the front. When we saw the vehicle they had replaced the rear rim as well. Seeing the condition of the rim would suggest to any good mechanic that the alignment be checked. It did not happen. The steering wheel was off as well. I noticed the steering wheel was crooked and if I let go of the steering wheel it went to the right. I live 40 miles away so I took it to my local Nissan dealer and had it checked. It was really off. It cost me $139.99 and when I called and spoke to service dept supervisor he said the technician did not feel it needed an alignment because he test drove it and no problems. Also said since I didn’t come back to them I was out the cost of their neglect. I was told that there was no warranty when I left because they did the best job checking the car out so why would I drive down there when I wasn’t sure that they would do it for free. BEWARE. If they couldn’t figure out that with the damaged rim that an alignment was needed what else did they not see? More

I went to Nissan Dealership yesterday and had a wonderful experience! 12 hours agoNEW I had a lease car from them and a dealership exclusive service plan however I relocated here in Connecticut but my service plan fee around $250 was not refunded.I made a call and se dealership exclusive service plan however I relocated here in Connecticut but my service plan fee around $250 was not refunded.I made a call and sent a letter to them but no refund and response from them.I even contacted the Nissan corporate but they just advice me to contact lawrence Nissan.I will never recommend this dealership,terrible experience. Dealer markups 3-5k, this market it showing who the shady dealers are. Without question this is one of them. They want you to focus on monthly payment/down payment while you pay thousands over Msrp because o dealers are. Without question this is one of them. Heed my warnings, do not purchase a car from them unless it’s at MSRP but do not expect this. More
