Went in for my first service and everyone was friendly and helpful. My experience with Commonwealth was great! I am very busy and they were extremely accommodating, including contact via email when I was not able to call, and being very flexible for my limited time. We hate the high pressure and the back and forth that goes with buying a new car. That didn't happen at your dealership. Your personnel were all great to work with. I sent a letter giving all the reasons why I rated this dealership so highly. More
I purchased a Nissan Rogue at Commonwealth Nissan Oct 2011 and have used them for routine maintenance visits. The visits are covenient. I drive in, no appt, and have never had a wait. The service is reas 2011 and have used them for routine maintenance visits. The visits are covenient. I drive in, no appt, and have never had a wait. The service is reasonable, and they don't try to sell extra services and repair to you. The staff are friendly and courteous and make you want to keep coming back. I'm glad to have found a dealership that is so personable and trustworthy. More
I made a few calls and had a call from their Nissan Sales person Tyler who was very good to work with. I enjoyed the straight-talk and honesty that both Tyler and Alfredo brought to the buying process. I end person Tyler who was very good to work with. I enjoyed the straight-talk and honesty that both Tyler and Alfredo brought to the buying process. I ended up working very late at night with both the folks and Steve in Finance to close the deal. I left knowing that they would take care of things and the car would be ready on time as I was expecting. There were a couple of oddities that I am still working out with them but Tyler has been very reassuring of everything. I do expect to mention Commonwealth Nissan to others like me want the straight talk and decent shake on the price. More
I can think of another thing the Daher kids won't want to tell Dad - that their employee's are certainly subpar and that word spreads quickly. I recently browsed commonwealth motors twice, and once was m tell Dad - that their employee's are certainly subpar and that word spreads quickly. I recently browsed commonwealth motors twice, and once was more then enough. My first experience showed just how hard it can be to find an employee. We wandered the parking lot for approximately 30 minutes on a slightly rainy day without a single acknowledgement that we were there. We then entered the showroom floor, and had to seek out someone to direct us (in the wrong direction none-the-less). My second experience somehow managed to be worse. Enduring the new car purchase can be hard enough. During the bartering process I found them to be extremely unprofessional. They ridiculed and belittled me, and contributed to an overall unpleasant experience. I ultimately did not end up purchasing a car through here, which was the first good decision I made. I am not sure if they profile potential buyers, but just in case I would certainly make sure to dress like you have money, and if you can appear over 40 years old, they may treat you nicely. Certainly shop them last, but I am not sure you'll love them. More
Commonwealth Motors is right in their motto, not because I’d love them, rather simply because they are the absolute last place I would ever shop. I had been looking for a new car for several weeks, and head I’d love them, rather simply because they are the absolute last place I would ever shop. I had been looking for a new car for several weeks, and headed to Commonwealth with my brother and sister-in-law to see what their selection entailed. After parking and walking around the lot for thirty minutes without being approached, we headed inside to ask about the specific few cars I had been looking for. Upon entering the store, no one even looked up and the guy who finally approached us (if you can call yelling to us from his desk approaching) pointed us in the wrong direction of the car I wanted to see and watched us leave. Now, I don’t particularly look forward to interacting with an over-zealous car salesman, but when asking for guidance I’d expect more. I’m a recent college grad, who works full time and goes to graduate school part time. Yes, I look young, and I am sure that’s why I received a less than enthusiastic welcome from this staff. It’s too bad for them, because I was ready to buy, had cash, and gladly spent it elsewhere. Now at the same time as I was shopping, my other brother was car searching himself and went to Commonwealth apart from me. He made a conditional agreement pending his mechanics approval of the deal, which he didn’t get completely. Upon returning he asked to renegotiate, and was met with the most unprofessional behavior I have ever heard of. The salesman he dealt with, and owner, called him an explicit names and told him to “be a man and stop being a little boy.” I doubt they would ever say that to an older man or a woman at all, but somehow they thought this was an appropriate way to speak to him. I’m not sure what these men are like on their own time, but in a setting like this they are supposed to be paid professionals. Never in my life would I expect people to be so unprofessional as to resort to name calling and taunts in a supposedly professional setting. I think that this facility needs to reevaluate their values and goals in providing customer care, and remember that they are in the business of dealing with people. “Shop us last”, indeed. More
Commonwealth Motors had the lowest prices of the five different dealerships I shopped at for my Altima. At no point was Daniel pushy or force me into a purchase.
