I called in on a Tuesday morning with transmission trouble and a lack of power on an older - 2003- Impala and was told to bring the car in as soon as I was able. I took the car in that morning and had trouble and a lack of power on an older - 2003- Impala and was told to bring the car in as soon as I was able. I took the car in that morning and had it back within 24 hours working perfectly for a very reasonable price. Colonial West was able to get the parts and install them in less than a day. I'm sure someone was working late to do this and I appreciate it. More
I had all of my Chevrolet Avalanche's brake lines replaced due to corrosion. Vehicle is older so it was understandable brake lines were bad. I had my truck towed in on a Saturday afternoon. I had a c replaced due to corrosion. Vehicle is older so it was understandable brake lines were bad. I had my truck towed in on a Saturday afternoon. I had a call Monday late afternoon with an estimate which was on par with labor rates, hours and amount of work involved. Gave Edison the okay to move forward. My phone rang Wednesday morning saying my truck was ready for pickup with the price matching the estimate. All brake lines replaced, alignment done and in MINT condition. When I say mint, it's because everything was fixed and they washed, waxed, buffed, dry and detailed my whole truck and it smelled and looked brand new as if it was off the assembly line. Thank you so much - Vinnie - Clinton, MA More

Zwicker and Service Adviser Scott Perry during my visits to Colonial West Chevrolet in Fitchburg Ma. I own two vehicles, A 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and a 1996 Toyota Corolla. Last year before I owned the Toyota I had a problem with my Trailblazers transmission and I talked with a few places and all quoted me about $2200.00 for the repair; which was never clearly explained to me. None of them took the time really look into my particular situation; Money was tight as everyone knows in this economy and my job requires me to commute long distances, I then thought if I’m going to have it done Its going to be with a Chevy dealer because I wanted to know it was going to be taken care of the right way (with Quality Parts and labor.) This was when I was introduced to Mr. Zwicker. I explained my concerns of cost and the first thing he said is not to worry we will take a look and see what we can find. I left my trailblazer expecting it to take days to diagnose and get the bad news but to my surprise it was the complete opposite, later that day Roger called and said they found the problem and after some research he found the failed part in the transmission would be partially cover by Chevrolet and my portion of the cost would be just a fraction of what others had told me the repair would cost. I don’t need to tell you how happy and relieved I was; and then to top it off Roger said they can get to work on it right away and I was back on the road never having to miss a day of work. After that experience I have been a loyal customer of Rogers for all my Vehicle service and repair need. I brought my Trailblazer in last month for some front end work. I met with Roger and his Service Advisor Scott Perry and received the same Exceptional service. And again just a couple of weeks ago there was a loud humming and grinding noise coming from the underneath my Toyota Corolla, thinking for sure it would be another transmission problem. The mechanics at Colonial West Chevrolet found it to be corrosion on the splines for the axle assembly; after a cleaning re-lubricating and sealing the Corolla was back on the road running smooth and quiet again. Very impressive when 3 other mechanic’s near my house had no idea what was causing the noise. I know this review may be a long winded one but I am really impressed with how I am treated during my visits to Colonial West Chevrolet of Fitchburg and would like to spread the word. Mario G.
