Horrible experience. The dealer had my car for an entire month. After only 5 years, my Suburban needed a new transmission. Initially, the dealer recommended a new one The dealer had my car for an entire month. After only 5 years, my Suburban needed a new transmission. Initially, the dealer recommended a new one that would come with a 3-year warranty. After completing the job (a month later), they didn't want to warranty anything since they fixed the transmission instead of replacing it. This was never communicated to me. The only communication I received from them was after repeated attempts to contact them asking about the status of my vehicle and when I could expect it back. I'm very unhappy that a 5-year-old Chevy truck would need a new transmission and even unhappier with how Colonial Chevrolet-West handled the entire situation. I would never go back there for anything and would recommend to EVERYONE to stay away. More
