“Doesn’t care if his ads are accurate or not” -Gino I contacted them about a vehicle listing I saw on Autotrader and their own website. The actual price they quoted turned out to be $15,000 more than wh I contacted them about a vehicle listing I saw on Autotrader and their own website. The actual price they quoted turned out to be $15,000 more than what is listed on either website. I pointed out the inaccurate listing and ask them if they had any intention of removing or correcting it, they said they don't care if it's inaccurate, and they were very rude. It appears they are unconcerned with their own errors or worse trying to pull a bait and switch. More specifically they were selling a vehicle with a bunch of options clearly listed and pictured in the description under the price listed. They stated that "the listing was not inaccurate because you could buy that vehicle without the options for the price listed." All I asked was that the listing was corrected or removed and they were rude to me and said it was an accurate listing. All they had to do was correct the ad and I would not be posting a negative review. More

I went to a few other dealerships but they did not offer much of a selection and I had a make and model in mind. I said, I'll go back to Colonial West where I got my Malibu that has served me well for 17 years. While we were looking at the many Chevy Equinox vehicles on the lot, this nice young man approached us and asked if he might be of assistance... his name is Sean Salem and he was professional, helpful and knowledgeable as well as ambitious. Once I made a selection that same day, he helped me through the process every step of the way. Once it came time to do the papwerwork ansd financials, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the young salesman who sold me my Malibu was now the Service Manager of the dealership Geno Neagle. It was great to see him again and to have him be a part of my second purchase as well. I cannot say enough good things about Sean, Geno and the rest of the team at Colonial West. It is really true that You Can Always Go Back Home...I'm glad I did because I found just what I was looking for and I am grateful.
