I thought that with only the Service Manager doing the writing and assumed a skeleton staff in the shop, I'd wait all day. No way. I still got my quality video explaination of the work and they also found more problems that I did not even noticed. 40K service and more Despite the COVID situation we're in, I brought my car in for a knocking sound, which turned out to be worned out bearings.
