Colonial continues to impress me with their service and their ability to meet us where we need them to be. Scheduling our 30k check up was easy online, they called to keep us updated, and when I told their ability to meet us where we need them to be. Lastly we couldn't make it there by close, and without a peep they were happy to make sure we could pick up our car. Always a great experience and happy we found this team. More

VW also came through with a gesture of good will, taking care of part of the repair cost, even though my car was no longer under warranty.
