Work was completed on time and done well. Service was friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I was provided with a thorough explanation of all of the work that was to be done and was done. The friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I was provided with a thorough explanation of all of the work that was to be done and was done. They even provided a complimentary car wash! Waiting room was very clean and provided spacing for social distancing. Chairs were comfortable and work tables were also available. Free WiFi also available. Great experience. More

I brought my car in for a recall. I've never been to Colonial VW before and didn't know what to expect. Jon has been very helpful from the time I called making an appointment to when I got there to have Colonial VW before and didn't know what to expect.
