Always good experience at service department. This is my second VW from Westborough Colonial and they do take great care of it and service needs every time. Can't say that about other dealerships in area...you get someone new every time...so having a familiar face instills confidence that your department is well ran, with cars and customers being continually well taken care of. Look forward to another service appointment and car shopping experience at this dealership....(need to come down on those Arteon prices though ;)) More

They always will work around your schedule to make your service happen, even if you have limited availability they still will make it happen. Their prices are amazing, honestly sometimes cheaper than any private work shop. They know what they do. Pierre from sales and Bill from service are above and beyond.
