I brought my car in for a recall. I've never been to Colonial VW before and didn't know what to expect. Jon has been very helpful from the time I called making an appointment to when I got there to have Colonial VW before and didn't know what to expect. Attentive, professional, and intelligent, Jon provided up-to-the-minute updates throughout the repair process, even checking in with me on his Lacey. VW also came through with a gesture of good will, taking care of part of the repair cost, even though my car was no longer under warranty. Colonial continues to impress me with their service and their ability to meet us where we need them to be. Scheduling our 30k check up was easy online, they called to keep us updated, and when I told their ability to meet us where we need them to be.
