I recently had a “Dealer induced service glitch” resulting from a fluid change service. This resulted in a breakdown 90 miles from home. It was resolved at no charge, by 3 of Colonial’s Service Staf resulting from a fluid change service. This resulted in a breakdown 90 miles from home. It was resolved at no charge, by 3 of Colonial’s Service Staff in a most professional and courteous manner. Restores my faith in Dealers, again. These guys are AWESIME to deal with. Work was completed on time and done well. Service was friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I was provided with a thorough explanation of all of the work that was to be done and was done.
