Always friendly and professional, Colonial VW in Westborough has been most accommodating for my Ringo's 40k service. My only issue is the availability of a loaner car due to the distance I trave Westborough has been most accommodating for my Ringo's 40k service. My only issue is the availability of a loaner car due to the distance I travel to have my car serviced. It requires me to really plan in advance service time. I can't drop off and pick-up later in the day (as I would be able to do at a dealer that is closer to me.) I love the staff at Colonial but in future I will really need to think through the location for the sake of convenience. More
