Staff was pleasant but hard to get in touch with they could have been more organized. This is my first purchase of a car in the $20k plus range had it for about a month now brakes are squeaking and key b could have been more organized. This is my first purchase of a car in the $20k plus range had it for about a month now brakes are squeaking and key batteries have already died on me within 5 times of driving the car. I understand the car is used and they have many cars to check but they provided me a checklist saying these things are all set and overlooked which is not true. I’m not on here to be a menace and give colonial a bad review I just want to share my experience. More
