I have been a customer of Colonial Ford for just over 5 years-just bought my 2nd Taurus from them. One of the reasons I bought my 2nd Taurus here is the service department-they are great. In addition to my Taurus they service my 97 Ranger and consistently find ways to save me $. I put about 74+Kmiles on my 2011 Taurus and decided to trade it in for a new Ford-working with Chris Crowell was great-we test drove an Explorer and Fusion and decided on an upgraded 2014 Taurus. My trade in value was very fair but more importantly when Ford was a bit slow in delivery and I put more mileage on it Colonial stuck with their original offer. I was both relieved and pleasantly surprised. In the next few months my wife will be looking to replace her car-Chris will be getting a call.. JeffCH More

Signing up to find my new Ford C-Max on USA Today I very quickly received an email from Michelle Kantos the Internet Manager from Colonial Ford. Amazing response time and amazing information. The car I wanted was sitting on the Plymouth locations lot waiting for me. I called Michelle and scheduled a time to come in. The next day I was paired up with John Collas who was able to show me around the Ford C-Max, tell me everything about the vehicle; But more importantly tell me everything about purchasing a new vehicle and the process I would go through. He was able to answer all of my questions and also fill me in on information that would help me in the future. After an awesome test drive John introduced me to Dell Roderick the Sales Manager at Colonial Ford. We were able to come to a negotiation on the price and the process was quite easy. I was very nervous buying a new car. Although it went by very quick I feel like all my grounds were covered and all the information needed for me to make my decisions was available. Drove it home today and could not be happier! I stopped at three other Ford dealerships closer to home before driving almost an hour to Colonial Ford and I would do it again! More

My husband and I specifically went to Colonial Ford because we use their Service Department for both our Ford vehicles even though we did not purchase them at Colonial. Their service department is grea because we use their Service Department for both our Ford vehicles even though we did not purchase them at Colonial. Their service department is great, I usually deal with Mr. Joe Murphy who explains everything that is going on and also makes sure I get the right discounts if applicable. We have been looking to trade our 2011 base Ford Explorer for another that has 4X4. We explained to Mr. John Collas that we weren't happy with the experience at the previous dealer we purchased our Explorer from and felt like we "settled" for the base model, when we should have shopped around. Mr. Collas ran some numbers, gave us options, but I was set on my specific vehicle and he understood, wasn't pushy, and was able to find us a used Explorer which had more features than the 4X4 I was looking for. We expressed our concerns over mileage and in turn were offered a Ford Certified Warranty. Mr. Dell Roderick also stepped in and worked with us to get a better trade value, better rate and explained everything in detail, asked us what we would like to see happen in order for us to walk away with the car, and that if it wouldn't work out, it wouldn't work out, BUT they were both able to make it happen. It's a beautiful SUV. More
