I have two Ford automobiles a 2012 Fusion Sport and a 2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang both I purchased at Colonial Ford. My service adviser was Fred Defero Although my appointment was for routine service Fred took the time to ask additional questions about the car and its performance, there were no issues but I did have some questions regarding the service lights, tire pressure and engine service and how to reset them, Fred was more than happy to explain the reset procedure with me. My Technician was Peter LaGruta I got more of the same from Peter who took the time to discuss the condition of the breaks with me, I had asked to have them well checked over. Peter told me that the breaks had plenty of pad and that the rotors were in great shape. In my past experience with other shops that question would have been an open invitation to perform maintenance that was completely unnecessary. I took my car in for service on a check engine light. I looked up the most favored Ford dealerships in south east Mass. Plymouth rated very high. Via email, I told them what I was looking for, and they found me a couple of choices right away. I got it for very good price, and I made the purchase. It was the easiest, least stressful car-buying experience I ever had, and I'm 70 years old, so I'm not new to the game.
