When I first went to Colonial Ford I was specifically going to look at a car I saw online. I was hoping to go there walk around the cars and get out before a "pushy" sales person tried to talk to me as I going to look at a car I saw online. Jake Eldredge came outside to assist me and he was anything but pushy. From beginning to end he really listened to my thoughts, concerns, and needs. He was very patient with me while I tried to figure out what decision was best for myself. He was constantly providing any information I needed and answering all questions I had. Jake went above and beyond any expectations I had of a sales person. I could really tell that he loves his job and wants to make sure his customers are happy which is very important. Not only was Jake great, but Shane Conroy made it so easy to do all my paperwork. He had everything ready for me and explained everything in a quick and efficient manner. Really enjoyed having the opportunity of having Jake as our sales person. He made us feel important and at home. Michelle Kantos was wonderful as well. I asked a couple of times when we met with Shane Conroy what our trade-in was worth and it was like it was more or less, not for discussion. I don't want this statement in anyway, to make it sound negative, but it seemed odd. Anyway, I look forward to bringing my vehicle to them for future maintainance and service. More
