My car was at the center for 9 days. I was supposed to hear back on a quote for the dents. I did not recieve any updates. I had to call three times to let you know I needed to get the ve I was supposed to hear back on a quote for the dents. I did not recieve any updates. I had to call three times to let you know I needed to get the vehicle. Communication was non existent...I didnt even know the service was completed until I called. Seems like when you have two departments collaborating on a repair there is no one driving it. Not impressed with the service. More

In mid January, I purchased a Bronco Badland. The Bronco did not have running boards. The salesman said Ford could put them on for $1,499.00. I was not given any choices for styles of running boa The Bronco did not have running boards. The salesman said Ford could put them on for $1,499.00. I was not given any choices for styles of running boards. i took delivery of the Bronco, with the newly installed running boards. I discovered that the running boards were molded PLASTIC. I'm xxxxxx. I have since arranged to have stainless steel running boards in stalled. Colonial will see this vehicle one more time, for my free oil change, then off to another dealership More
