After buying a used truck i noticed the bumber is crooked. While getting my sticker i asked for the body shop to check out the bumper and give me a price to fix it. They said they were able to "tweak crooked. While getting my sticker i asked for the body shop to check out the bumper and give me a price to fix it. They said they were able to "tweak," it a little. They might tweaked it about a 1/4 in but the bumper is still crooked and needs to be fixed. They didn't give me a price to fix it for good. Dont get me wrong the staff is professional and polite, but his has left me frustrated. Now i have to go another body shop for them to give me price, because they couldn't or wouldn't do what i originally asked for. Purchasing this truck from you has not been a pleasant experience and i wil probably never return to you facility ever again, and advise people to stsy clear of colonial ford. Now i have to get my new damaged bumper fixed somewhere else. More
