Overall they did a great job on my car and Jennifer was great! However, some of the staff needs to work on customer service. It was my first time there and the women who initially assisted me gave me attit great! However, some of the staff needs to work on customer service. It was my first time there and the women who initially assisted me gave me attitude for not knowing where I was supposed to go when entering… With service being all the way in the back I would suggest a sign as you walk in pointing you in the direction of service, and for the staff to not be so hostile. Everyone question I asked after the fact, I was met with crappy, rude responses, they couldn’t care less. Other than that staff member my experience with Jennifer was great and my car has run smooth since. More

Thanks to Suzanne they saved a long time client. Long story short on new vehicle I got the "No Worry" Tire Plan. Long story short you are not provided with the full contract to understand coverage j Long story short on new vehicle I got the "No Worry" Tire Plan. Long story short you are not provided with the full contract to understand coverage just a 1 page "hype sheet". Driving into my difficult work garage which happens to be under construction it was so tight I inadvertently clipped a curb resulting in side wall damage to 2 tires and rim. When brought in for coverage/repair I was told it's not covered b/c I mentioned "visible construction". Bottom line I was not happy and honestly was going to take my business elsewhere. Suzanne and one of the managers stepped up and replaced the damages tire for me. Rims are still my problem but whatever. Now I know no such thing as "worry free" tire/wheel care and ALWAYS need to get full T&Cs. FYI - Company with Tire coverage is IA American Warranty Group and honestly seem shady based on my interactions with them directly. More
