Bought a used vehicle, waited 3 weeks for it after paying for it in full, was told it would be serviced fully. Had an issue with it when I picked it up, and found a plugged air filter. I originally put a deposit on a Mach e GT that the dealership had ordered from Ford on March 31st, 2022. The car came in in late June and the dealership was very accommodating to my schedule in allowing me to wait until July 11th to drive the car, which I was blown away by. I sat down to buy it to learn that it was now $5000 more than when I had put down the deposit. This was a problem that was taken care of by the dealership, but not until I fought with them about it. I felt that this was deceptive, probably just a negotiation technique, market forces, etc...but still, it was not straightforward as I had hoped it would be. Otherwise, they were great, Silvio and Bob made everything easy. I look forward to working with them again. Love the car. More
