They didn't fully complete a recall due to time constraints (not by me). They said they would call me asap about a day to come back and finish. I brought my truck to Colonial Ford because of a letter I received from Ford Motor, I was told by the advisor it would take about 2 hrs. to diagnose and do the repair on the rear camera replacement, after 3 received from Ford Motor, I was told by the advisor it would take about 2 hrs. to diagnose and do the repair on the rear camera replacement, after 3 hrs.+ I finally called them and requested an update, they didn't have it completed yet. I have taken my truck there in the past and one of there major problems is updating their customers! They tell you they will call you but they have never done that I always have to call them! When I did get an update I was told the recall on my camera was not covered because of some issue in my camera screen. I was told they could do additional diagnostics at an additional cost and I refused. I felt no matter what the problem is that Ford Motor should be responsible and do what's right and fix it!!! NOT BLAMING the dealer. More
