I always receive excellent service at this dealer. My car was at the shop for an extended time because the wrong part was send from the warehouse. I do not think it was the dealers fault. The cost estimate is for more expensive than the cost that involves the insurance company. Just not feeling this repair shop is trust worthy. I thought that was charged too much for the key. I purchased one and a Buick dealer and the key in the programming cost me $120. Service Department is great, and taking good care of me and our 2004 Yukon Quadrasteer. My only suggestion for improvement would be better coordination between Parts and Service, so I don’t personally have and our 2004 Yukon Quadrasteer. Secondarily, some of the OEM GMC parts are ridiculously overpriced but that’s not really the dealership’s fault. Lastly, the team has kindly driven me home a few times, which is very helpful. More
