The work performed was to install a set of side-steps for my 2022 Colorado. There was some initial confusion from the dealership re the delivery of the order; however, this was corrected and the service was my 2022 Colorado. The general manager called me to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the order delivery and offered a loner vehicle if I needed one.
