Had an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I need new rear brakes. Since I bought the car less than a year ago AND asked that the brakes be checked at the time of purchase (before sig Was told I need new rear brakes. Not covered under the warranty I paid for and the svc. man could have cared less...truly didn't want to hear it..last car I'll buy there More

Transparency was not great. I initially came for tire rotation and safety inspection. I was asked by the dealership if I wanted to do the oil change and I said yes until later I I initially came for tire rotation and safety inspection. I was asked by the dealership if I wanted to do the oil change and I said yes until later I realized that I already did oil change earlier in 2023 and that the % in my dashboard showed 71%. I was in no need of doing oil change so the dealership should have told me it was not necessary. In addition, I was told that my air filters had to be changed and was showed from afar that total cost for the day would be $199: I was surprised when I had to pay $330 for everything, because the first figures that were presented to me didn’t include labor work. It’s the first time that I am so disappointed by Colonial Chevrolet, transparency and communication were very amazing until now. More
