I purchased my Tahoe from Colonial and recently brought it in for a routine oil change. The service was completed right on time, but what really impressed me was the technician’s thoroughness. During the inspection, they noticed the front shocks were failing. They immediately went to work and successfully processed the replacement through the extended warranty I purchased here. I didn’t realize you were just flush the fluid and not changing the filter in the transmission. The other dealer I use was going to change it as part of what they call a transmission service.
